UX/UI Design

A website needs to do more than just look good. We combine UX and UI in a way that turns visitors into leads.

UX/UI Design Agency

Good UX/UI design doesn't come from gut feelings, but from an understanding of your users. We design interfaces based on real behavior, not assumptions. The result is websites that work because they're well thought out.

Understand first, then design

Before we design an interface, we clarify the underlying questions: Who uses your website, for what purpose, and how do they get there? Interviews, usage data, and competitive analyses paint a picture that shows us where design has the greatest impact. Not every page needs the same amount of attention. We prioritize the areas that are most important to your visitors and your goals, and that’s exactly where we start.

UX/UI Design: From Research to Interface

Our process from concept to finished interface follows clear steps: information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and testing. At every stage, you can help shape the design and provide feedback before we move forward. Each step builds on the previous one; nothing is created in a vacuum. This is how we create interfaces that don’t just look good on paper, but actually work in real-world use.

UX/UI design consists of various disciplines that must work together. From user research to the finished interface: Here’s a page-by-page breakdown of what we do for you and why every step matters. In the following cards, we explain our process and the expertise we bring to each phase.

User Research

Good design needs a foundation. We conduct interviews, analyze usage data, and observe how your visitors interact with the website. From this, we develop personas and scenarios that inform every subsequent design decision.

Information Architecture

A website’s structure determines whether visitors can find what they’re looking for. We develop sitemaps, define navigation patterns, and prioritize content so that the most important information is visible first. This also benefits search engine optimization, because search engines rank content more highly when users can find it quickly.

Wireframing and Prototyping

Before we start working with colors and images, we develop wireframes for all major page types. Interactive prototypes in Figma give you a feel for the website and allow you to make changes before they become costly.

UI Design

Based on the approved wireframes, we design the visual interface: typography, colors, visual language, components, and interaction patterns. Every element follows a design system that makes your brand recognizable.

Usability Testing

We test designs using real-world usage scenarios before the website enters the development phase. Heat maps, click analysis, and task tests reveal where the user flow works and where improvements are needed.

Design Systems

For more complex projects, we build a design system: a library of components, rules, and design principles. This ensures that your website remains consistent even as it expands.

These companies know how we work

Every UX project begins with the question: Who are your users, and what do they need? We combine qualitative methods—such as interviews and user observations—with quantitative data from analytics, heat maps, and session recordings. This process yields personas, user journeys, and scenarios that form the foundation for all subsequent design decisions. We also systematically analyze existing websites: Where do visitors enter the site, where do they leave, which pages convert, and which don’t? These insights are directly incorporated into the design concept. User research isn’t a one-time phase—it’s an ongoing part of the entire design process. Through continuous user testing, we validate our assumptions and adjust the design as needed. As a UX/UI design agency, we therefore start with people, not screens.

Discovery and Research

It all starts with research: Who are your users, what are your goals, and what works on the existing website? We analyze usage data, conduct interviews, and examine the competition. This results in a research document that serves as the foundation for all subsequent design decisions. Not gut feelings, but data. This phase also involves creating the personas and user journeys that your team will later use as a guide.

Information Architecture

Based on our research, we develop the site structure: What content is available, how is it organized, and how do visitors navigate through it? Sitemaps and navigation concepts show you the structure before a layout is created. Changes can be implemented quickly during this phase. We validate the structure using testing methods such as card sorting to ensure that it is intuitive for your users.

Wireframes and Prototypes

We develop wireframes for every key page type: rough layouts that show the structure and functionality without distracting from the visual design. Interactive prototypes in Figma bring the website to life early on. You can click through them and provide feedback before colors and images are added. This phase is crucial for avoiding misunderstandings and clarifying the direction before costly design work begins.

Visual Design

Based on the approved wireframes, we design the interface: typography, colors, visual language, and components. We work iteratively and review progress regularly. The result is a design concept that conveys your brand and works across all devices. At the same time, we document all design decisions so that your development team has all the necessary information later on. Implementation begins only after you approve the design.

Testing and Iteration

Before handing the design over to the development team, we test it using real-world usage scenarios. Task tests, heat maps, and feedback reveal where the user flow works and where improvements are needed. We implement minor adjustments immediately, while major findings are incorporated into the next iteration. Only once the design passes testing does it move on to technical implementation.
